1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue a refund, exchange or credit for those items returned to us within 14 days and in the same condition.

2. To insure proper credit please enclose a copy of your invoice and itemized return list with your full instructions. This will help us expedite your return.

3. Items which you return for exchange (that are not due to our error) are subject to normal shipping and handling charges. Exchanges are subject to available stock.

4. We process returns as quickly as possible. However, please allow a reasonable time to receive your refund. All purchases made through a credit card can only be credited to that card.

5. All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise subject to availability.

6. Not responsible for typographical errors.

We are not responsible for incorrect pricing relating to typographical errors. Therefore, prices are not final until your order is accepted by B J’S Babes Doll Studio. If an error is found you will be contacted with a correct price at which point you may either continue with your order at the new price or cancel your order.
